Museum of Peoples and Cultures
A smaller campus museum with archaeology and cultural exhibits. Quieter than the art museum, which can be a plus if you want a shorter, less crowded hour.

Campus galleries
BYU's Harris Fine Arts Center and related campus galleries rotate student and faculty work. Hours vary. If a show is up, it is a short, free, very Provo date.
Roots of Knowledge at UVU
The stained-glass installation in the Fulton Library is free during library hours. Walk the wall slowly, then eat near campus. It is one of the best indoor looking-dates in Orem.
Covey Center for the Arts
Downtown Provo's arts venue has a gallery practice alongside theater and concerts. Check what is hanging or performing, and propose a specific show or opening rather than "want to see art sometime."
Provo City Library galleries
Academy Square has rotating exhibits in addition to the stacks. Pick a book for each other after you walk the gallery. Historic building, free, easy to keep short.
